lT8.1 Tube Laser Cutting
To extend the range of services we provide to our customers even further, we have recently invested in a new Adige LT8.1 Fiber Tube Laser being commissioned January 2019. This machine is capable of processing 240 diameter tube and 200 x 200 box section, along with open sections and custom profiles.

Accuracy in your projects is a key all the way through design and into CAM. Interrogating how and why we cut your parts the way we do is imperative in keeping all geometries in the part as close to traditional manufacturing practice. Therefor additional methods can be offered to process your parts cheaper and more effectively.

With our Standard Handrail template you can create you’re own handrail in minutes, simply fill the details out and we’ll do the rest! Email the drawing to tubelaser@mellard.co.uk, we will then send a drawing confirmation and proceed to process and deliver your handrails to you. Ready for fabrication!
